Support RAIVE

Think of RAIVE as a very malleable object. It can accommodate almost anything. RAIVE is designed to be very flexible so that you can get exactly what you need from it.

Here is a general step by step flow chart for RAIVE:

  1. You identify an inaccessible object from which you need to extract some information to make a decision.
  2. You generate an digital image of the element by one of the following methods: A. scan the object, B. make a screen capture , C. save the image as a file on your local hard drive from a web site or email.
  3. You compose a question that expresses the information that you need to extract from the inaccessible object.
  4. You login to Solona and follow the prompts to submit a RAIVE Package and upload your image and question.
  5. You receive an email that answers the question that you submitted with the inaccessible image.
That, in a nutshell, is how RAIVE works. If you have an image file, it can be submitted. It’s as simple as that.

Your identity is never revealed to the Operator, unless some information is embedded in the image. Upon solving your Package, all related files and questions are deleted from Solona’s system. We do not retain any records about Packages. As a result, if you have a follow up question, we kindly ask that you submit a new Package. This is the best way to ensure your privacy and security.

You are welcome to submit a Package in the following languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, and Hebrew.

If you have any doubts about RAIVE, or need some clarification, please feel free to email: MySolona@gmail.com

You cannot submit Packages via email. They must be submitted through the website interface.
